Lisa’s experience includes all aspects of IP law, but with a strong focus on trademarks, copyright and marketing practices.

Lisa works closely with clients within a various of different industries such as media and entertainment, clothing, cosmetics, design and art, food and beverage and pharmaceuticals.

Lisa provides legal advice on IP strategy, prosecution and enforcement of IP rights, infringements, ownership and validity disputes and also assists clients in enforcing their IP rights through settlement negotiations and litigation.

Furthermore, Lisa has years of experience with drafting and negotiating contracts including license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, transfer agreements, music contracts and also, IP due diligence.
